Refund policy

All returns and refunds are reviewed on case by case basis. Please write in your request within 7 days upon receiving your parcel to teamrachta@gmail.com with:

• Name
• Order Number 
• Print Purchased
• Reason of returns/refunds (with photographs attached where appropriate) 

We aim to reply back within 3 working days. We reserves our rights to decline/refuse your return/refunds if failure to comply.
