Due to the current COVID-19 situation, some countries may experience a delay in receiving their parcel. If you have not receive parcel after 35 working days upon shipping, please email us at teamrachta@gmail.com.
The following countries/region where all shipping is permanently suspended:

- Ukraine
Shipping Fees
- Complimentary worldwide shipping for all orders above $150 (SGD) in a single order.
- For orders less than $150 (SGD) in a single order, a flat rate of $6 (SGD) will be charged for standard shipping.
